An improved planetary-type wire-feeding mechanism including a pair of cooperating skewed rollers for advancing the wire is disclosed. The rollers are carried on a pair of radially reciprocable pistons mounted in a feed housing through which the wire is advanced, and a projecting rear portion of the housing has a threaded outer surface for receiving a force-adjusting nut. A conical guide element is slidably mounted on the outer surface of the rear housing portion, and is urged against the adjusting nut by means of a calibrated spring. A pair of symmetrically arranged two-arm levers extend longitudinally through a pair of slits in a flange integral with the housing intermediate its ends, with the rear end of the levers in contact with the conical guide member through a roller, and with the front ends of the levers maintained in abutting relation with the outer ends of the pistons by means of springs. The invention relates to a device for supplying a welding electrode with a calibrated setting of a feeding force that can be used on automatic welding machines and semi-automatic devices. A device for feeding welding wire contains a motor, an inlet and an outlet nozzle and a wire feeding mechanism made in the form of a housing connected to the motor shaft, on which axes with feed rollers and clamping nut 1 are installed. In such a device, when the diameter of the fed wire is changed, the feed rollers move at an angle to each other, i.e. the axes of the rollers change their angular position with respect to the axis of the electrode wire, and the axial component of the feeding force is also changed. Such movement of the rollers limits the range of the thickness of the supplied wire. The purpose of the invention is to expand the range of the thickness of the supplied wire while ensuring a constant feed force. This goal is achieved by the fact that a device for feeding welding wire, containing a motor, 5 input and output nozzles and a wire feeding mechanism, made in connection with the motor shaft of the motor housing with a flange, on which axles with lifting rollers are installed and a clamp JQ on the nut, equipped with a copier mounted on the housing of the feed mechanism behind the clamping nut along the wire feed with the ability to move along the unsigned, tared spring installed between the copier and the flange of the housing, and two-armed levers a housing fixed to one arm and vzaimodeystvuyupschmi with axes podak oih clips, and the other - with a surface of the tracer. The feed housing is connected to the motor shaft by means of a thread. On each piston 3, feed rollers 4 with intersecting axes are rotatably mounted on an axis. The other side of the body 1 is a hollow cylindrical part with a threaded thread 5 made along its outer surface, into which a clamping nut 7 is screwed in fully against the end of the copier. The body is hollow along the entire length. A copier 6 is mounted on the outer surface of the elongated cylindrical part of the body 1 to fit a second-class slip of accuracy, in which the calibrated spring 8 is installed, in the cavity with one end into the copier and the other end into the flange 2. In the openings of the housing 1 are hinged by means of the axles 9 two shoulders levers 10. One end of the two shoulders levers 10 lies on the ends of the pistons 3, and the other end is installed. at an angle ri is provided with a hole, in which a guide roller 11 is mounted with free rotation. By means of the guide rollers 11, the two shoulders levers Yu are in contact with the copier 6. In order to ensure constant contact between the ends of the double-arm levers 10 and the copier b and, accordingly, the pistons 3, there are provided blind holes or slots for the pistons 3 in the housing 1, in which the piston springs 12 are placed, constantly pressing the pistons 3 to the double-shouldered arms 10. For precise direction The welding wire 13 is provided with an inlet nozzle or a hole 14 and an output nozzle or a hole 15. The inlet nozzle 14 is fixed on the wire feed side 13 inside the body cavity. The device is surrounded by two movable sheaths relative to each other — the front and rear covers 16 and 17. The front cover 16 is fixed with screws 18 on the housing 1, and the rear cover 17 is connected with screws 19 to the clamping nut 7. An outlet nozzle is screwed into the hole on the front cover 16 side 15. The device is driven by an electric motor 20 with a hollow shaft through which welding wire 13iK passes freely. The device works as follows. The body is welded with welding wire by turning the nut 7 in the wire feed direction, thereby compressing the coded spring 8, while the copier 6 moves forward in the feed direction of the welding wire 13. The two shoulders levers 10 rotate around their axes 21, while their inclined shoulders are together the guide rollers 11 move inward to the small diameter of the copier b, and the straight shoulders outward in the opposite direction and release the piston springs 12. As a result, the pistons 3 move outwards, and the feed roller 4 are removed from each other. The welding wire 13 is pushed through the inlet nozzle 14, passes between the feed rollers 4 and exits through the exit nozzle 15. This completes the charging of the welding wire. Next, the rear cover 17 is rotated relative to the front cover 16 in the opposite direction, whereby the nut 7, connected with it by means of the screw IV, is also turned out of the thread cutting of the hollow cylindrical part of the housing 1 in the direction opposite to the electrode feed, and thereby releases the pre-compressed calibrated spring that moves back the copier b. The latter, through the guide roller li of the inclined shoulder of the two shoulders lever 10, moves the right shoulder of the same lever inward, which presses the pistons 3 and, accordingly, the feed rollers 4 which are planetary associated with them, clamping the welding wire by the force of the lever arm. The end of the hollow shaft of an electric motor, provided with a thread through which the welding wire is already passed, is screwed along the corresponding threaded thread 21 on the inner surface to the elongated cylindrical part of the device body 1. The feed force is predetermined by a calibrated power element, and the feed rollers are set parallel to each other, thanks to which setting the wire diameter and feed force can occur without limitation in a two to fourfold range with respect to the diameter Meter wire. The proposed welding wire feeder allows the electrode to be supplied with a constant feed force, independent of the speed of rotation of the feed rollers and the clamping force; the possibility of installing a wire with a diameter of 0.6-2.2 mm; the possibility of further processing the initial hyperboloid or other profile of the rollers, so that, on the one hand, the errors resulting from the processing of the profile can be eliminated and, on the other hand, the most favorable wire coverage profiles can be achieved; the ability to achieve correct and accurate coverage of the welding wire with rollers, depending on the type of installation and the profile of the rollers, resulting in an increase in the speed and dynamic characteristics of the feeder.
